夏一巍，2012年本科毕业于西南政法大学，2015年获澳门大学犯罪学硕士学位，2019年获澳门大学社会学博士学位（犯罪学方向）。同年至西南财经大学任教，为刑事法所的专职教师。

其研究主要集中在刑事司法、青少年越轨行为、毒品犯罪与矫治、定量分析方法与应用以及数据挖掘等领域。、
